A Wonderful Way to Learn

Our school community is designed to help your child realize just how capable he or she is to navigate the world around them.

Within our small community, children at the earliest age have the opportunity to acquire key social skills in collaboration, turn-taking, team building and conflict resolution. This leads to children forming exceptionally close loving friendships with their school peers. School becomes a joy for them and their guides.

Our goal is to provide children the key experiences needed to live the life that is inside of them. Children are guided to treat the environment as if it were their home. They are free to choose activities that build their independence, increase their social agency, and nourish their innate desire to learn, love, and collaborate.

Decades in the Making

Our founder Rhonda Charles has always loved working with children. It started with babysitting younger friends and family in her hometown in Pottstown, PA which she lovingly refers to as "The Village". In the early 90's while building her family and her ministry, Rhonda was called to open her first licensed childcare center in Stanton, DE. After attaining her Masters Degree in Education, she continued her Early Childhood Education journey as a childcare consultant. She went on to open a dozen centers after that. Under her guidance and Leadership these educational centers have thrived. The impact can be seen across the tri-state area as thousands of students have participated in a program that Rhonda was affiliated with at one time or another. The journey has resembled a long winding road not exempt from trials and tribulations but it has been worth it for sure. We look forward to being a small part of your families journey as well.
